With professional In-House Packers, we take every care and precaution to pack each item so that the  merchandise  reaches safely.  Every purchase made at natesan’s for export is insured for the full value.  We also keep the customers informed about the contingencies that are involved in cargo handling. Guidelines on Insurance Claims are mailed to the customer with all shipping documents to  help them organise for necessary insurance claim in  event of damage or loss of  merchandise.  We also keep the customers informed about the arrival of their shipments at the destination.  Our responsibility of any export ceases only after the customer receive their merchandise in good condition and  is satisfied with their shopping with natesan’s. 

Sea Mode : 

If any merchandise were to be exported by Sea Mode, the calculation of freight for any export for a given destination goes by volume criteria.  The minimum freight payable to any destination is 1 cubic meter and thereafter on actuals.  The freight rates applicable are from seaport to seaport or seaport to customs bonded warehouse.  Merchandise by Sea Mode could also be consolidated for a 20 feet or 40 feet container wherein the importer gets the convenience of off loading the container at their door step. 

Air Mode : 

If any merchandise were to be exported by Air Mode, the calculation of freight for any export to a given destination goes by the volume and weight criteria, i.e. the greater of the dimensional weight or the actual weight is taken as the basis of calculation.  The freight rates applicable are from airport to the designated final airport of discharge.

Courier Mode : 

natesan’s have entered into a contract with Federal Express allowing  customers the convenience of  Door Delivery of their merchandise.  The calculation for such freight rates for any given destination is done by volume and weight criteria, i.e. the greater of dimensional weight or actual weight is taken into account.  Federal Express also complies with all Customs formalities on behalf of the customers and  delivers the merchandise upon reimbursing  Federal Express with Customs Duty, if levied.
